The forwarding service is a service that forwards products purchased on the EC site in Japan to an address outside of Japan, and acts as a shipping agent.
Flow of using the forwarding service
STEP1Become a member
Upon completion of membership registration and identity verification, a membership number will be issued and an address in Japan will be provided.
STEP2Shopping online
Please fill in the address and member number provided when purchasing at the mail order site.
STEP3Request for forwarding the package
When you receive the shipping information and tracking number of the purchased product, click the request for forwarding via Q JAPAN and fill in the information and tracking number of the product in the remarks column of the shopping cart.
* Please make sure to complete the request form before arriving at the warehouse.
* If you purchased from multiple sites, please enter the tracking numbers of all packages.
REQUEST
STEP4Shipping instructions
When you want to ship your package stored at our warehouse, please send a shipping instruction to us. After all confirmations, we will inform you of the shipping fee and other information.
STEP5Shipping
Once the payment is completed, optional tasks such as checking and repacking the product will take place. We will send your package within 1-2 business days
STEP6Package arrival
A few days later, the package arrive at the customer.
